About Us – US Workers Academy
We are the workers who built this country, and we intend to keep it.
The US Workers Academy is the educational and organizing engine of the US Majority — 170 million American workers who refuse to let our republic be sold out by corporate donors or burned down by revolutionaries.
We are not a political party. We are not left or right. We are constitutionalists, not revolutionaries. We defend the institutions, melting pot, rule of law, and promise of America while fighting the corporate capture that has rigged the system against working people.
Who We Are
We are veterans, tech professionals, Uber drivers, tradespeople, parents, and families who have lived the reality of a country that no longer works for those who built it. Our founder, Randell S. Hynes — a U.S. Army veteran, 33-year technology veteran, and Nevada grassroots candidate in NV-03 — was laid off at 63 after being forced to train his own foreign replacements. That personal betrayal became a call to action for every American worker facing the same forces: H-1B abuse, outsourcing, age discrimination, wage stagnation, and donor-controlled politics.
We believe American workers are the true owners of this country. We reject both the donor class that hollows out our economy from the top and any ideology that seeks to tear down our constitutional republic from the bottom. Our fight is for sovereignty, self-reliance, fair wages, and a government that answers to the district — not to corporations or national party machines.
Our Mission
The US Workers Academy exists to arm the 170 million American workers with knowledge, strategy, and tools to take back Congress and restore worker sovereignty.
Knowledge is Power.
We cut through the noise with straight facts:
- How corporate capture (Powell Memo, Chamber influence, money-as-speech excesses) has rewritten the rules against us.
- How low-turnout primaries are the most effective path to real representation.
- How constitutional reform — starting with the US Majority Amendment — can end corporate overreach while protecting the republic.
We teach practical skills: district organizing, candidate vetting, primary tactics, legal strategies, and the math that proves only ~2% organized per district can flip the House for workers.
What We Stand For
- Americans First / Workers First: Prioritizing U.S. workers, families, and sovereignty. Enforcing the melting pot through assimilation and rule of law. Portable benefits and real protections for the 170 million non-union workers.
- People Primaries: Grassroots caucusing to nominate and endorse district-first candidates who sign the Promise to WORK FOR US — not party loyalty or donor agendas. Target milestone: July 2, 2027.
- Constitutional Restoration: The US Majority Amendment and related reforms to break donor capture, protect against AI/corporate overreach, and disestablish the party machine’s stranglehold (modeled on church-state separation).
- No Gatekeepers: No permission slips from parties or unions. Verified workers organize their own districts through the activity map and Academy resources.
Our Difference
We are not here to overthrow America. We are here to reclaim it.
Unlike revolutionary factions that divide workers and attack foundational institutions, we defend the republic while fighting the economic betrayal that has left working Americans behind. Unlike corporate-aligned politics, we answer only to the districts and the 170 million who do the real work.
This is the 99 Cent Revolution: accessible education, district power, and a clear roadmap in UNINCORPORATUS to make government work for the people who built this nation.
