US Workers Academy — Field Operations
The People Primaries Field Manual
Your complete operating guide for building independent, bottom-up organizing power in your congressional district. Seventeen lessons covering everything from your first thirty minutes to a sustained ninety-day action plan.
What This Manual Is
The People Primaries Field Manual (FM-67) is the operational playbook for anyone who has decided to stop waiting and start building. It assumes you are one person — maybe with a few friends, maybe entirely alone — and it shows you exactly how to grow that into a district-wide organizing force capable of recruiting, training, and electing independent candidates who answer to voters, not parties.
The manual is organized into five progressive sections. You can work through them in order, or jump to the section that matches where you are right now. Every lesson is practical, actionable, and written for people who have never organized anything before. No prior experience required. No party affiliation needed. No permission asked.
This is not theory. This is the field-tested system that real districts are using right now to build durable political power from the ground up.
