Your Toolbox & Your First Week

Finish this lesson and you’re a District Member. Here’s your first week’s plan.

You now know the math, the meeting rooms, the solo moves, and the team machinery. This last lesson is your quick-reference toolbox — and a first-week plan you can run from a phone.

Completing Orientation unlocks District Member status: event submissions, project proposals, role applications, and a voice in your district’s nomination and vote.

The Toolbox — What Lives Where

My District

Your command console: candidates & Promise status, events, projects, open roles, metrics, invite tools.

The Speakeasy & the Wire

Private district chat behind the “Who sent you?” gate; channels, DMs, and one-click video calls.

Events

Find, RSVP, and (as a District Member) host — in person or virtual.

Projects

Template gallery for drives, canvasses, and forums; auto-announces to the team.

The Activity Map

Every district’s live status. Your actions move your district’s numbers.

The Academy

Free and paid courses: the 99-Cent Solution (UNINCORPORĀTUS), the Candidate’s Survival Guide, and Field Manual FM67.

Help Center

The “?” button on every page — guides, search, and Contact & Office Hours (daily, 8–10 AM).

Your First Week

Seven days, one move a day

  • Day 1: Finish Orientation (you’re almost done). Visit your district page and read the candidates panel.
  • Day 2: Join your district group and post one line in the activity feed: who you are, what you do, why you’re here.
  • Day 3: Get the Speakeasy passphrase from a member and step inside. Say hello on the Wire.
  • Day 4: RSVP to one event — or schedule your own kitchen-table meetup with two neighbors.
  • Day 5: Recruit your one person. Have the conversation. Send the invite.
  • Day 6: Apply for one district role that fits the time you actually have.
  • Day 7: Check the Activity Map. Watch what your week did to your district’s numbers.

When You Get Stuck

Click the “?” Help button on any page — guides for every feature, searchable. Reach a human at help@peopleprimaries.com or during daily office hours, 8:00–10:00 AM. And your district’s Wire is full of people who were new here recently — ask.

Key Takeaway

The tool is in your hands and the plan fits in a week. Decisions get made at kitchen tables, home offices, parks, watering holes, and on the Wire — by workers who decided not to wait. Welcome to the 2%. Welcome to the US Majority.
